• Inquiry information: Information you voluntarily provide in the inquiry form, case access requests and maturity assessment, such as your name, mobile number, company name, job title, company size, collaboration platform, description of needs and email.
• Account information: The email, name, password (stored encrypted) and mobile number provided at registration, as well as information about organizations you create or join.
• Usage records: To keep the case library secure, we log case access (access time, case and IP address).
• Referral information: Referring pages and campaign parameters (UTM), used to measure channel performance.

2. How We Use Information

• To contact you, understand your needs and provide FDE consulting and service proposals;
• To grant and manage case library access and prevent misuse of content;
• To use AI models to summarize and prioritize inquiries so we can respond faster (processed only by the model providers we have configured);
• To improve website content and service quality.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, nor use it for purposes unrelated to those above.

3. Sharing and Entrusted Processing

We may entrust SMS, email, cloud service and AI model providers to process necessary information, and require them to protect your information to a standard no lower than this policy. Except as required by laws and regulations, we will not provide your personal information to other third parties without your separate consent.

4. Storage and Security

Your information is stored on servers within the People's Republic of China. We protect information security through measures such as encrypted transmission, password hashing, access control and access auditing. Inquiry information is retained for no more than 3 years from the date of collection, and access logs for no less than 180 days; after these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, copy, correct and delete your personal information, withdraw consent or close your account. You can manage your account information in "My account" or submit a request using the contact details below, and we will process it within 15 business days.

6. Protection of Minors

This portal is intended for business users and does not provide services to minors under the age of 14.
