QwenWork FDE Services

Conversation is delivery: a hands-on digital employee, not a Q&A bot

QwenWork, launched by Alibaba and in public beta since August 2026, integrates capabilities such as DingTalk Wukong. It directly delivers Word, Excel, PPT, web pages and reports, and uses Skills, memory and scheduled tasks to turn practices into reusable workflows.

Who it's for

  • Companies already on DingTalk (Feishu and WeCom are also supported)
  • Manufacturing, e-commerce & retail, supply chain and other companies whose data lives in ERP / e-commerce back offices
  • State-owned enterprises and government agencies with Xinchuang (domestic IT) requirements

Live demos

Four prompts that show what it can do

“Draft my weekly report from this week's calendar and completed to-dos, and submit it as a DingTalk log.”
“Turn the meeting recording into minutes, create to-dos for action items and assign owners.”
“Every day at 8:30, summarize yesterday's sales and push it to the management DingTalk group.”
“Show the approvals I haven't handled yet, sorted by amount.”

Working with ERP

ERP stays the system of record; AI queries, calculates and writes reports

A · Custom MCP connector (preferred)

ERPs with OpenAPI such as Kingdee Cloud Galaxy, Kingdee Cosmic and Yonyou; real-time and auditable, with credentials managed centrally in the enterprise console

B · Browser automation (fallback)

Legacy systems without APIs, web report pages; zero development, but breaks when pages are redesigned

C · Report export + desktop (starting point)

Low-frequency analysis such as monthly and quarterly reports; fastest to start, but not real-time

Three safety lines: read-only first · dedicated integration accounts · write operations intercepted and confirmed via Hooks
